What are the shipping fees being charged?
Shipping fees for countries not specifically mentioned can be found upon entering the desired country when ordering.

How fast is the delivery of McGregor E-Store?
We try to deliver as fast as we possibly can. Within the European Union we cover most countries within 2-3 working days.
Where can I track my order/return?
What is a Trackingnumber?
It is a referencenumber that the courier associates with every shipment. You will find this number in the Shipping confirmation e-mail. Always use it if you want to contact UPS or DHL directly or to track your order.
Can I get my order on a specific date?
Unfortunately it is not possible for McGregor E-Store to guaranty specific dates for your order.
What happens if there is no one there to accept the delivery?
Depending on the delivery country, you will be notified about the various options (pick up later at different location, another delivery attempt, or returned to our warehouse). Either way, please make sure you will have the parcel shipped to any address where the goods can be received.
